Typed variants of Alire.Config.Edit.Set (#1353)

* Typed variants of Alire.Config.Edit.Set

Mostly because it's too easy to mix Boolean with String

* Migrate raw uses to typed uses

* Leave only needed instances

* Update clic dependency
